I'm very frustrated to discover that anyone using the new Explorer 5.0 from Microsoft is unable to post to H2O. I estimate that the posting volume would increase 100% if each person who has Explorer and wants to post solves this problem.
The new Explorer 5.0 doesn't repost the form when hitting "REFRESH" (the fix suggested on the blank form when the bug is activated). The blank form continues to appear repeatedly.
Possible Fix to Explorer 5.0 bug:
Someone emailed H2O they were experiencing this problem, and solved it. They pressed "BACK" button to go back to the post form they filled-out. Then, they proceeded to hit "Submit" button to post it again.
H2O Suggestion:
Download the FREE Netscape Communicator 4.5:
1. Select below link.
2. Select the link for your computer; i.e., if running Windows 95/98 then go to that download link.
3. Follow instructions to download and install.
4. Installing is easy. After downloading file, double-click the file to install. Make sure you save the file to a location you remember, such as the desktop, to easily click on it after download.
No reported bugs exist with Netscape. Further, in my opinion Netscape is more stable, crashes less, is supported by more web sites, and has all the "bells and whistles" of Explorer. Without the headaches. ;-)
