Kristin received an email from board participant "Elder Donolley" stating he is unable to access the board, and asking to post a suggestion on the board. She is on vacation and I will post it.
Note: H2O will consider all special requests for posting information on behalf of those with email/only accounts (without access to TCP/IP internet access). Email [email protected] with the information. The views expressed as follows don't necessarily represent those views of those running H2O or its founders.

Kristin, will you kindly post a topic "To Watchtower: A Suggestion" stating I learned through email from another elder the existence of a hotly debated program. Dubbed Apostate Amnesty ("AA"), any apostate turning themselves into the Society through any local body of elders will not get disfellowshiped, but get publicly reproved. This will plug the gaping hole out of the organization caused from the internet and its progeny (such as H2O). I want to state as a matter of public record that I will support this program.

to above email: This could be a hoax, or this elder might have been given incorrect information (as he stated he got it from an email). I have never heard of this apostate amnesty program. Has any elders out there heard of such? Has
the internet caused mass defections to the extent of implementing an "amnesty" program for those who otherwise would have been branded "apostates" for visiting sites that question the FDS class? ;-)
