It will be when He arrives with his angels at the start of his rule and that is exactly when the scriptures teach that this will happen. Judgement day is therefore not after the 1000 years as you teach but during it and includes everyone on earth that ever lived of all the Nations that ever existed sheep or goat. There can only be resurrected or non-resurrected ones at such a time as no one can enter this kingdom with the flesh and blood bodies they now possesses. You have failed to support the Watchtower view that millions will simply live on into this kingdom and every other thought you have offered has already been refuted.
