I've seen this sort of stuff before, but interestingly, last night at the Memorial, the elder gave a similar graphic description including copious pseudo-medical descriptions of the effects, weight transference from legs to arms to abdomen, and tthe effect on his breathing, etc, and finally his heart. He described the aorta rupturing and blood filling his chest cavity, and how when the romans speared him, blood and water came out because of it.
