Thanks, Rahab, for the kind message. I just wanted to point out that when I say these experiences can all be in the mind, I am not saying it implies you are nuts or that your sanity is questioned. On the contrary, people with perfectly normal minds can experience these mind tricks. It says nothing about your sanity, one way or the other.

As to your message:
