Among groups claiming Christianity, yes. Perhaps this link and this link will assist your understanding of my position.

How then can [the WBTS] be "true" "prophets" even in the NON-predictive sense?

Who said they were �true prophets� or even if that is what the post was about in the first place? It is so frustrating when people take time to post on sites like this one as if their post is actually a response to the thing said. If you had actually read my post entitled Falsely Prophesying you�d have read this statement:

Regarding the WTS, it is a given that that organization has promulgated falsities.

Now, add that together with my previous posting where I said:

In the broad sense I feel that false prophecy can be anything that is represented as being God�s will that is false, whether that be a prediction or not.

What about that don�t you understand?

Any thoughts about what I�ve actually said?
