I want to see God's name sanctified and his rulership vindicated. Unless you have completely forgotten the elementary teachings, you know that that means Jehovah must get rid of those who have no interest in serving him, and
especially those who blasphemously deny him. I am in complete agreement with whatever Jehovah wills in that regard. You apparently are a victim of self-deception if you believe that Jehovah is not going to totally annihilate everyone who
is a part of Satan's system.
The account in Jonah about the reprieve of execution that Jehovah extended to the Ninevites does indeed establish the fact that Jehovah is merciful and that his judicial decisions can be nullified by mercy IF he so chooses. However, to imagine that that establishes a portent or pattern in which God grants a stay of execution to this wicked world is a complete fantasy.
Keep in mind that later Jehovah did see to it that the infamous city of bloodshed, Nineveh, was completely destroyed. As far as God showing mercy, that is exactly what he is doing now. Dozens of prophecies indicate that Jehovah is overseeing the world-wide preaching of his witnesses, and that the millions of persons making up the great crowd of Revelation will receive salvation. If God were to change his determination at this late date, it would in effect amount to a repudiation of nearly every prophecy in the Bible which points to God's inalterable judgment concerning the end of this system.
Jehovah is indeed a God of mercy, unfortunately the Bible indicates that most people will not accept his terms for salvation. / You Know
