I have, in fact, deleted posts by Moderator 14 before. He had started telling people that they would be banned from H2O if he had to deal with them again. As a moderator, I knew that he had no such power and was lying to them, so I deleted his warning posts.
That resulted in some emails to Rick. Want to know the result? Well... have you seen anybody banned?
Deleting his posts would serve no purpose now, though. He's doing the minimum to present an appearance of compliance, and folks will at least get to know what happened to their posts, if not why it happened.
