Unless the post is grossly offensive, we're giving people warnings first, before we start deleting stuff. It's to give everybody a chance to get used to the idea and get a feel for what's okay and what will be deleted.
Plus, too, the whole process is in a kind of beta-testing phase. We're striving for a workable balance between censorship and unbridled verbal assault.
