Your comments about witnesses.net show you haven't been there lately.
Also, Obed did not have the courage of his convictions to allow his post to grace his own board. Some brother from England posted a copy to witnesses.net, but it was quickly struck down. It seemed to me that keeping it would have also allowed for personal explanation of what it all meant. The fact that it was first up, then down, is fodder for conspiracy theories.
I will agree with you that witnesses.net is not as bad as H20 --- yet.
You say you are a Witness; I am too. But I am happy in my association and with the direction of the faithful and discreet slave. I'm not in the reform bag; if I really thought things were that bad I would join another religion, or start my own. Nor do I believe that "reform," such as it is, will come about by efforts such as H20's. Just my opinion, of course.
Nor do I see much about reform here. Most of what I
read on the sparse occasions I stop here is denigration of the Society, accusations of falsehood, pomposity and/or ignorance, etc. Purely negative energy. Some of the stuff is truly nauseating. Which is why I pass on.
