Hi Rick,

Pretty revealing information from the moderator you speak of. It makes me wonder how anyone could stay with an organization they so obviously know to be wrong.

Regarding your question it's loaded. The answer is yes AND no. Yes I believe there is a place for such the way things currently are. If I recall correctly I've read plenty in the literature advising against asking questions so that is the party line.

If, however, there ever was a reformation within the WT I would hope with all my heart that such a person would not find a place within unless they experienced a change of heart and attitude.

That leads me to the question of: What would you like to see happen regarding false teachings if reform took place? Would you urge them to come clean, correct the wrongs and go forward from there? Also, would you urge them to lose the record keeping and close tracking of the activities of the R&F? Do you think it necessary to maintain the highly critical attitude toward other faiths?

I'm really curious what is in mind of those who favor reform, besides the obvious blood and shunning issues.

I hope you are feeling a little more optimistic today,
Julie
