Yes, somebody in the government needs to implement this on a large scale. Training parents on raising their kids would actually save the government money in the long run. Not only do people make the same mistakes their parents did, but what frustrates me the most is that so many of the parents just don't seem to care anymore how their children turn out. I get very sick and tired of watching parents neglect their children and treat them cruelly.

When kids grow up with skilled parents, that's one more person society doesn't have to worry about. Granted, requiring a person to take parenting classes doesn't guarantee that they will (or even want to) turn out to be good parents, but I believe over time it would have an enormous impact on America and shape the country into a much better place. After all, individual families are what makes up the whole of Society. The country is just to stuck trying to alleviate the symptoms while the cause continues to get worse.
