Jimmy, read my reply to Edgy11 below. This is also a major concern of mine. The reply to me was that Jehovah judges hearts etc etc - but if that is the case what has been the point of it all? Also like you I've always believed that
children from the lower socio economic group should recieve specialised teaching and added time spent with their parents to educate them on how to best educate their kids. Maybe the parents can't do much, but every parent can teach their
kid to value education and to take advantage of any extra help the Govt. can give them. It's one way I've thought might break the cicle that you described.
