First of all I would like to clarify that the head title of this post has nothing to do with Randy Watters site also named "Watchers of the Watchtower".

elders are meant to take care of the flock(congregation), but if they have such a responsible assignment(having in mind that they are ordinated directly from GOD!!)why!!then do they fail their assignment.
They really don't care
about the individual(note that I don't mean all elders, but most of them)in itself, No!! all they care about is to keep the strict laws made by their organization "MOTHER WATCHTOWER".
I know that I sound a bit harsch here but
isn't it a fact that they have proven themselves as egocentric, selfish, and emotionless in many cases, especially when handling the(to)strict policy on disfellowshipment.
In my case all what mattered to them (the elders)was
that I would have to confess that the WTS were the "only organization" predicting according to MATT.24:14.
If i hadn't done so I probably would have been Dfe'd.
Elders have also been lying and one good example of that is in
their treatment of my best friend(the one who da'd himself.)
They told me that they had done all what was in their power to help him out, but that was plainly a lie.
What really was the fact was that they always were
pickin'on him for not taking the responsebility.
One of the elders told me that they have tried to help him for several years.(except their sudden interest in him during the latest months)since he and her wife wanted to
divorce.
Everyone including several elders are now talking about my friend as if he was a big monster, that everything is his fault.
Several times he has been thinking about committing suicide, and everytime he has phoned me
and I have comfort him.
The man is for the moment a nervous wreck, and that is mainly because of the congregationmembers, elders, ministral servants, "kind treatment, HUH??"
I also told one elder that I have supported him,
cause he would have committed suicide otherwise, he just told me that I must leave him alone, and not returning to my womit, trying to pick up rests of it, great similarity, huh?
No!! These latest months I have seen and heard so
much hipocrisy, so that I could throw up.
So much for loving and caring elders. :-(
