The subject of cats came up in December just when the fat 5 yo male cat we'd just adopted had run away. He was gone 3 weeks when I fell in love with a moggy kitten in the pet shop window. We seldom act impulsively but I begged David to buy that kitty for me there and then. He did - what a honey, and David isn't bad either :))
Anyway wouldn't you know it? Two days later Big Boy as he's become known, returned. Still as big a wuss as ever, but determined to give us another chance. He was starving in other words.
Well the little kitten runs rings around Big Boy (very bossy towards him) which isn't surprising as he runs rings around all of us. But we get our money's worth out of him because we annoy him when he's sleeping and get him to do his arched back routine in reaction to our monster act. He actually enjoys it and get's p'd off by 9pm each night if someone doesn't do the monster game with him.
Anyway I must say I'm pleased to see so many animal lovers here.
