When we were still dubs, my husbands sister split up with her ****-**** of a husband and moved in with a really nice guy. I so clearly remember meeting him and noticing the change in her. She wasn't drinking herself stupid any more (falling asleep drunk before we left) - rather she was looking after herself and she was bright and energetic. How were we supposed to condemn her for 'living in sin' when she was obviously so much happier and healthier as a result of her new *wicked* relationship? We found ourselves making our own judgements about it rather than the WT ones.
