Well, Jan, I counted exactly twelve very common cliches that 99% of JWs use when their pet beliefs are challenged. Most of their 'arguments' are based on ignorance concerning the issues, incredulity, exaggeration, or simple personal distaste for any alternative besides JWism, and this one was no different.
I think someone needs to draw up a standard response, similar to your reply here, so it can just be cut-and-pasted when a JW parrot shows up.
