I think the plan is just making information available, trying to keep the quality of it up to optimize the chance of having listeners. One thing that will happen that really, will help immensely is many will just
quit. This is good because this is the main thing that will make the Governing Body listen - combined with the absence of armagedon, of course. If in the U.S., Europe, and developed nations the drop out rate is high, and the third world
continues to increase, a few rational adjustments may leak through the magical thinking of the GB. The existing GB wil die, and there will be a number of changes in it's makeup, The Witnesses should be mostly mainstream in twenty years,
and totally in fifty. Just time and education.
