Chances are the original gnostics knew the he's-us(Jesus) virgin mary(virgin marry/alchemical marriage) aspect of gnosticism. These energy demons learned various aspcts of the sciences more than most living, being they've had many more years to learn. They use energy of negative emotions and poisons (ala stimulants and cigarettes) to try and 'earn' reincarnation, upon death they acknowledge that to believe in an eternal afterlife may not have been the greatest of ideas. So eventually they try and get reincarnation. They are cruel about this, having converted to a 'god of nature' as they percieve it. The god of nature is the natural law, they prefer to be energy predatyors than prey, yet on occasion if a threat (energy or personality wise) shows up they try various codes. One code is 'Sophia'. Sophia was originally syzygy to Jesus allegedly to gnositicism (Sophia means allegedly, in greek, wisdom. but look at the pairs all being code name, and oh yes Jesus too is a code name, and a hermaphrodite god are all signs of allchemical marriage being the dark plan. (It gets so sad, the whole sophia falling to Aphrodite thing (aka the allegory of Venus) Read the story and look at the parallels between alchemical marriage and the fall of sophia (they call her pistis So fee ya for more reason than one), and you'll understand. Hinduism had similar stories involving Shakti's and Devas. DO NOT CONVERT. Look at the UR pantheon (I chose to start with Yam) that came to be before christianity, and you'll see what kind of entities made up these religions. The woman however has to be submissive according to their religion, meaning woman = outta the body, and soul assembled.
