1.DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT CONVERT TO CHRISTIANITY. Look at the history of saints that were once pagan priestesses, they die right after. They need the conversion to ensure your soul goes to them, because Elohim is a title these things use. They want submissive, and they are evil. 2.Avoid negative emotions, like anger, fear, hate, envy, etc. They can draw power off of these, besides in science they are bad for health.

4.Avoid drugs they strengthen the field.
5.Avoid stimulants, like coffee and cigarettes.
6.Keep strong social network. They might try and convince you that your friends and familiy did spells, or sold your soul. They lie to try and make it so your all alone and easier to kill without notice
7.Be calm, it might be hard, they might make your insides feel like they are being ripped out from the inside, or that your being raped, brutalized, or sodomized. Tricks of the nerves, do not flip out, that's where they get some power.
