That is to say first I bequeathe my soule to the Almighty God that gave it and my body to the earth to be buryed in such decent manner as it shall please my Exect's hereafter mentioned to think fitt, and as touching my worldly goods my will is that it shall be disposed of in manner and forme following: First I will that all such debts that I justly owe to any persons shall be duely payed by my Exect's. ITEM: I give and bequeath to my son Joshua Warfield dwelling Plantation whereon I now do live and all the land thereunto belonging to him and his Heires and assigns forever.
