The President Wore Pearls: Lisa gets the main part in a school play at her school. Otto features within the episode, driving the school bus and getting Lisa ready backstage.

Tis The Fifteenth Season: Christmas Episode. Otto is featured standing in a crowd towards the end of the episode.

Diatribe of a Mad Housewife: Marge writes a book that becomes to talk of the town once rumors get spreaded Marge has a secret thing for her next door neighbour, Ned Flanders.

Magical History Tour: Marge tells three tales in this episode, one about Henry the 8th (as Homer playing Henry), Lenny and Carl are Lewis and Clark and Bart is Mozart. Otto features in all three of the tales but unfortunately dies in two. In the Henry the 8th tale, get's his head chopped off becuase he was mistaken as a women. He died after eating berrys in the Lewis and Clark tale, and couldn't hear Mozart (Bart) playing his "cool" tunes in the Mozart tale.

Co-Dependent's Day: Marge takes a liking to wine and becomes a wineo, joining Homer in his drink. They become closer than ever until Homer, who is drunk, crashes the car and makes is seem it was Marge! She is put into rehab until Homer confesses it was him.

My Big Fat Geek Wedding: Edna's and Seymour's big day.. well until Edna starts having a relationship with Comic Book Guy. Otto drives Edna to her wedding in the school bus.

Simple Simpsons: Homer sets out to save Springfield from crime and forms P.I.E. He calls himself pie-man who throws-up pies in the faces of his enermies. Later on his is found out and laughed at called "to stupid to be a pie-man!" Otto is in a crowd gasping at the truth (Homer being dsicovered).
