It can be a symbol of rebellion (uniform guidelines) 10. You may encourage other guys to do the same

	This look has been a sensitive subject for quiet a while now, please be aware that such footwear can look really hot on some people but just doesn't work on others.

	Fashion will soon turn around and say that it is cool to wear white socks with dark shoes. It was cool in the 50's and then again in the 80's.
