of Tuscany.

Ecological System
In the development of the site, ecological components of the 12 Mile Coulee should be incorporated into the built form. Of the three ecological layers within the coulee, the top level - the Upper Coulee - which is primarily grassland, should be the primary ecological system extended into the built neighbourhood.
