ENGINE BUILDUP
The Following is my performance buildup (most of the work was done by Darrin Cameron and Wally Thomas of Cameron Racing in Hohenwald, Tennessee:

I have installed a set of dual outlet high performance headers from Clifford Performance (6=8) which go six into two right out of the block, a Webber 32/36 racing carburator and a 9" round HiPo chrome air cleaner.

To handle the cooling duty we installed a new super cool 4 row radiator with overflow tank, new hoses, new tighter belt for the water pump (and alternator since there's only one belt!).

The ignition and firing dutys are performed using a Pertronix 40,000 volt Flame Thrower ignition coil, Pertronix electronic ignition conversion kit (a solid state breakerless electronic ignition system that completely replaces the points and condenser permanantly) new HP 7mm wires, plugs, button, and distributer cap.

Then I added a SunPro SuperTac II 8,000 RPM Tachometer (very important - the inline six engine has 7 main bearing - most big V8 engines only have 5 - this makes this engine virtually indistructable - capable of turning 7,000 RPM)

Next we dualed out the exhaust (it does NOT come down and "Y" the headers take it six into two so the there are dual lines all the way out) with stainless steel lines with dual Flowmaster street mufflers.

To handle the new horsepower and torque thrown at it I got a completely rebuilt clutch kit, new shocks all the way around, and GT coil springs in front.

This is the loudest, purest sounding 6 I have ever heard (within a week you can win the money you spent on the upgrade in bets by asking people to guess what size engine you have in it - so far.... I haven't had a single persone guess it yet - just a lot of people who wanted to argue and call me a liar when I told them it was a six!)

Needs a little minor touch up paint from wear from working under the hood!
