Where will we train?     What does it look like?

I do some home and outside training, but I train most of my clients
at
Ultimate Warrior Cross Training in south Tampa.
The address is 3658 S. Westshore Blvd. (This is between El Prado and Euclid).

This is a very friendly atmosphere where you can be yourself while you enjoy your workouts.   Everyone here has a trainer, and there are no open gym memberships; this keeps it exclusive.  It is never crowded.  It is always clean and neat.

We have weights, pulleys, and all the room we need in order to do any type of training.  In fact, I have my personal equipment there, which is unlike anything you will find in the standard gyms.   This includes some things you may have never seen, including:  *Kettlebells (*first in Tampa), BodyBlades,  a "Goalie" slide board, and some other unique equipment designed for getting maximum results.  These tools and especially my direction present you with an alternative to the typical gym style (which overly emphasizes machine training over natural body movement).  A properly functioning body is biomechanically designed like a machine in itself, so you want to train accordingly.  When you enhance your body's natural capabilities—not inhibit them, your body in essence becomes "the machine".  That's how my clients develop full-body power from the inside-out.  I refer to this as developing their "panther muscles".  They are injury-free, lean, unusually strong for their size, and they look great!.
