PHASE 1

PROTEIN SHAKE & SMOOTHIE RECIPES

Here are a few ways to enjoy some new flavors while you get 
substantial protein.  In addition to the ingredients listed, I like to 
add 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice (high-fiber carb which I cook 
and store in advance), a tablespoon of wheat bran (insoluble fiber),
 and tablespoon of flax oil ("EFA" - essential fatty acid).  
But there are no rules as long as you make smart nutritional choices.  
Experiment . . . have fun . . . enjoy! 

 

APPLE JACK

• 2 Tbsps Frozen Apple Juice
• 1 Graham Cracker (4 small squares)
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet OR 2 scoops - Vanilla whey protein powder

 

BANANA CRUNCH

 • 1/2 Banana
• 1 Graham Cracker (4 small squares)
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet  OR 2 scoops - Vanilla whey protein powder 

 

EYE OPENER

• 1 Tsp Instant Coffee or 1/4 Cup Of Brewed Coffee
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet  OR 2 scoops - Vanilla whey protein powder

 

CHOCOLATE EYE OPENER

• 1 Tsp Instant Coffee or 1/4 Cup Of Brewed Coffee
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet  OR 2 scoops - Chocolate whey protein powder

 

DREAMSICLE

• 2 Tbsps Of Frozen Orange Juice
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water

MINT PATTY

• 1 - 2 Drops Of Mint Extract
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water

PINA COLADA

• 2 Tbsps Of Frozen Orange Juice
• 2 Drops Of Coconut Extract
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water

TROPICAL DELIGHT

• 1/2 Banana
• 2 Tbsps Of Frozen Orange Juice
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet  OR 2 scoops - Vanilla whey protein powder

 

FALL HARVEST

• 1/4 Cup Of Apple Cider
• 2 Dashes Of Nutmeg
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 12 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet  OR 2 scoops - Vanilla whey protein powder

 

PINEAPPLE MALTSHOP

• 1/2 Cup Of Frozen Pineapple Chunks
• 2 Tablespoons of Kraft Malted Milk Powder
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 10 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet  OR 2 scoops - Vanilla whey protein powder

 

PUMPKIN PIE

• 1/2 Cup Of Frozen Canned Pumpkin Chunks
• Dash of Vanilla
• Spices: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ground Cloves
• A little Honey or other sweetner
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 10 Ounces Of Ice Cold Water
• 1 Packet  OR 2 scoops - Vanilla whey protein powder
