Bass Fishing
Kneel-and-Reel-Intentionally extending the rod tip underwater to make a crankplug dive deeper while retrieving.
Lift-and-Drop-Lifting the rod, then lowering it when presenting a metal spoon in a vertical fashion. The "lift" raises the lure through the water; the drop lets it flutter down.
Line Feelin'-(also known as "stitchin") Retrieving the line by hand in order to slowly pull a soft plastic bait along the bottom.
Line Snag-Inadvertantly having your fishing line caught on or stuck to any unintended structure.
Live Rubber-The strands of rubberband-like material used in jig and spinnerbait skirts.
Live Well-Holding tank for fish, usually on a boat. Provides circulated water to aid in fish survival.
Lizard-Soft plastic replica of the land-based reptile. Used primarily for flippin'.
