About Us

Welcome to our site. Thanks for stopping by; we hope you enjoy your stay. We're Phil & Mary Ann Kemp from Fayetteville, TN. We've been married since 1976 and have two children, Amanda & Jonathan. Amanda married Tom Petzak in July 2006 and they live in Murfreesboro, TN. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in December 2004 and works for Engstrom Community Connections as an Independent Support Coordinator and Tom works for WalMart as the lead associate in the meat department. Jonathan married Angie Durham on Valentines Day, 2009, and they live near us in Park City. He attended Tennessee Technology Center in Shelbyville where he completed the course in Architectural Drafting in Oct 2003 and Mechanical Drafting in September 2004. He and Angie both currently work for Qualitest in Huntsville, AL.

We're Amateur (HAM) Radio operators: Phil's call is KC4GPM (Advanced class) and Mary Ann's call is KC4GPN (Tech Plus class)

We attend Molino Baptist Church, where Phil is song leader. Come and visit us sometimes! We know you will enjoy the fellowship and feel God's love.

Phil has worked for the U.S. Government since January 1978, first starting with Tennessee Valley Authority as a Public Safety Officer, then to the Department of Defense and now with the U. S. Federal Investigative Services as a Special Agent. Mary Ann is a secretary at Highland Rim Elementary School.

We enjoy camping in our travel trailer, and are members of the Good Sam Club. Our favorite areas to camp are the Townsend, TN, area of the Great Smoky Mountains and Gulf Shores, AL, area. We have put several photos on this site regarding our camping.

We're also members of the Hudson-Essex-Terraplane (HET) Club, an old car club.

We also enjoy Genealogy. Phil and Jonathan are members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, a historical group.
