"Chinese"  Pepper Steak
2 1/2 lbs flank steak cut on bias into small thin slices
1 bottle ketchup + 1 bottle filled with water
2 tbs soy sauce
1 beef buillon cube
1 large onion(sliced in rings)
2 green peppers (cut in thin strips)
2 cans (medium) mushrooms(sliced) and drained
1 large can pineapple chunks

1. Brown steak in hot fat (drain off excess fat and oil)
2. Combine all ingredients but pineapple chunks and green peppers, and add to browned meat.
3. Cover pot and simmer for about 1 or 1 1/2 hours(add green peppers after 1/2 hour of simmering) or until tender.
4. 30 minutes prior to serving add pineapple chunks and heat all together.


Pot Roast
Sear meat until brown.
brown onions and add one cup water
Cook meat in pot about one hour. Then remove and slice


Potatoes
Tomato sauce
Cook about 2 hours
Noodle Pudding

1 cans chopped pineapple
1 package egg noodles (12 ounces)
margarine (1 stick) melted
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
cinnamon(to mix with 1/2 cup of the sugar

1. Cook egg noodles until soft
2. Drain Pineapples and mix with eggs, noodles, 1 cup sugar,and margarine
3. Cover with sugar/cinnamon mix
4. Bake covered in greased dish at 350 degrees farenheit for about 90 minutes
