GREETERS, SET-UP and CLEAN-UP - Volunteers are needed to set up
chairs before the dance, act as greeters, and put away chairs & sweep after
the dance.

CloverLeaf Leprechaun Square And Round Dancers
(required one week a season Nov-April)
REFRESHMENT COMMITTEE DUTIES
1. All refreshments and supplies are stored in white cabinet labeled “Leprechauns” in room across from kitchen.
2. Line garbage can with new garbage bag.
3. Get punch bowls, food, and both supply boxes from the cabinet.
4. Get coffeepot from top of Leprechaun Cabinet, fill half full of water, and plug into kitchen serving counter.
5. “SUGAR-FREE Punch” – use one tub “Crystal Lite Mix.” Dissolve with small amount of water in punch bowl; put in 1/3 bag ice; Add a 2-quart bottle of “SUGAR-FREE” Soda; Stir gently
6. “REGULAR PUNCH” - Pour half of a 2qt bottle of juice into a punch bowl; put in 1/3 bag of ice; ½ of a 2quart bottle of clear soda (may be sugar free or regular soda); stir gently.
7. “WATER PITCHER” - Fill half full of ice, fill with water. Put water pitcher on serving table with cups.
8. Place a candy dish on table in foyer and a candy dish on serving table.
9. “SUGAR-FREE CANDY” – Put in small red heart basket; place on serving table with “SUGAR-FREE” sign.
10. Fill serving dishes with pretzels and cookies. (SUGAR-FREE COOKIES – Keep separate with sign.)
11. Place cups near punch bowls and coffeepot. Put out stirrers, napkins, creamer, sugar, marker pen and sign for reuse of cups.
12. Check refreshment area during dance to replenish and keep clean.
13. During last tip: Put away unused food and supplies, empty coffee pot, wash dishes and return to Leprechaun’s cabinet. (coffee pot on top)
14. Put garbage bag in dumpster.
Be sure to
leave kitchen clean, especially the sink and counters.
