High Tension : 300VAC
Tube filement : 10VAC
Digital 5V +- : 10VAC

To have better result, totally 4 transformers had been used (one for HT and three for LT).
I also modified the circuit to use multi-turn rheostat with the LM317/337.
A noise filter was also added.
It seems that the power supply to the chips are the area of improvement.
