Mother's Day

What a wonderful person a mother is.
From the day I was born,
She was always there to guide me.
She was the one who cooked wonderful meals,
And made sure I was well taken care off.

Her heart is always like a rose bud.
Always opening her love to her children.
She loves unconditionnally.
No matter what, she will always be there.
What a wonderful feeling it is
To feel her arms around me to warm me up.

My lovely mother, I've seen you cry at times,
Even though you tried to hide your sadnest
You always kept going so we wouldn't see that sadness.
You tried your best to meet month ends
And made sure we never missed anything.

I realize now, how much you sacrificed yourself
So that we received the best you could give us.
Always thinking of us before yourself
What a wonderful MOTHER you are.

There are no words that can express
What you mean to me.
I offer you these roses, as a symbol of my love for you,
And to THANK you for being my sweet loving mama.

May my prayers for you be heard,
So that you remain with us for many more years.
