Friendship

One day, chatting on the net, I found a friend.
A true friend who brings me joy and happiness.
A friend that is always there to listen.
A friend in whom I can confide my sorrow and happiness.
It is true that we can't touch each other,
But words are more powerful and peaceful.

If I ever feel the need to talk,
My friend is always there to listen.
Nor time or boundaries will stop the friendship.
We discover each others feelings through a machine.
One day, we will meet and that friendship will be rejoiced.

Climbing over mountains, reaching across the ocean,
My friend will always be there for me,
And in return, I will always be there for my friend.
The sun rises over my house,
The sun sets over my friend's house.
Nor time or boundaries will stop the friendship.

The power of communication has reached the world.
No stopping, it goes through those wires and in the air.
My friend hears me from all over no matter where I am.
A true friend is always there to help and support.
A true friend feels my sensitive emotions.

I met a true friend with you and I grow to love you.
You grow to learn to know me and to accept me as I am.
In this world lacking communication,
We learn to accept each other and grow together.
No one is perfect, but we could reach for that goal.

Thanks to this invention, we learn to use and share it.
Share our sorrow of this life and mostly the happiness.
With this little box in front of us, we learn to share.
With this box, we also express our opinions.
Sometimes it's not to easy to accomplish that,
Due to different barriers we encounter.

One day, I will meet my friend, face to face.
That day, will be wonderful, fully rejoiced.
Nor time or boundaries will ever stop us.
'Til then my friend, I will look for you on the net.
Each morning, I will wish you a great day.
Each night, I will wish you sweet dreams.

Until that day my friend, I will look for you,
Through our window which accesses the world.
No matter where you are, where you are from,
I will always cherish your FRIENDSHIP.
There is no age limit, no boundaries, no time,
We will share our friendship for ever.
