New Office Design and Implementation
Empty rectangle of
1200 sq/ft is like a blank paper, but not quite. We already know
entrance door and window positions and we have a list of requirements
from the business owner. It is more than enough to start
drawing.

This
office could have had almost any style being located in very simple
looking plaza, but a chosen style has been determined by the nature of the
company � financial services and the neighborhood � potential
clientele.

The entrance is light
and welcoming. Logo on glass between board room and reception is very
impressive. Soft looking, elegant and modern furniture takes us to 21st
century successful business impression.

The
choice of colours on walls and carpet is to please the taste of owners.
After all, it will be them to work there many hours a day. Different
shades of light soft cinnamon together with light grayish green is a
very elegant and soft combination. They are used together in common
areas and than separately in various offices to define the atmosphere.

Art work in common
areas is modern � photographs of numbers. Offices have been
decorated with the softer paintings for more personal feeling.

The
result is extremely comfortable and welcoming. The
owners have expressed their gratitude in several occasions.
