Ezek 39:22 So the house of Israel shall know that I [am] the LORD their God from that day and forward.

This is telling us that even though most of Israel do not acknowledge god today nor spend much time in the synagogues in worship today, they will when they know the Lord is their God from that day forward.

Ezek 39:23 And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they trespassed against me, therefore hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so fell they all by the sword.

As we read all of this will be a lesson to the Gentiles. Israel was punished for their iniquity being unfaithful to their God.

Ezek 39:27 When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;

There will be a message for all and God will be hallowed in the sight of all nations when they see Israel being brought back from the lands of their enemies.

Ezek 39:28 Then shall they know that I [am] the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.

Here we are told that Israel will know the Lord their God who sent them into captivity for their iniquity, when He also brings them back to their land with none of them left captive any more.

Zech 8:23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days [it shall come to pass], that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard [that] God [is] with you.

Instead of being a reproach, a Jew will be desired to lead a Gentile to the Lord. This will be all of the survivors who were not already in contact with Him.

Ezek 37:21 And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:

This is God's intention; He will bring all of the children of Israel back into their land from wherever they have gone. During the kingdom of God, the Millennium, all the Jews on the earth who are still among the living survivors will return to live in Israel.

Isa 43:5 Fear not: for I [am] with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

Here Isaiah writes about the same day of the Lord when the descendants of Israel will be brought back to the land of Israel.

Isa 49:22 Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in [their] arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon [their] shoulders.

This is a reference to the restoration of all Jews to the land of Israel. The standard will be the temple rebuilt there.
