The Khaibit is not a simple Bloodline. At the origins was Nebneferptah. Corrupted by the Baali, he sought to unearth Powers of Darkness he should have left alone. His last move was the battle between his brood and the Knights of Hecate. He barely escaped the wrath of the Godess, his Childer taking the ashes of his body into a secret cave well under what would become Paris.
Centuries after centuries, his followers used dark rituals and darker sacrifices to awaken him. Strangely, one night, the Dark Powers answered the Khaibits' summons. Nebneferptah's power increased tenfold, and they heard alien whispers as if their master was talking form his Torpor to the Dark Powers.
The Khaibits organized themselves. They corrupted a Ventrue and used him to get more victims from other cities. They had plans to do the same to Theti-Sheri, the Follower of Set, but they never succeeded in finding a way to make her join, so she remained oblivious of the ceremonies occuring under her secret Temple.
Then, slowly, the Khaibits' ranks increased: most of them were Kindred who were seduced by the promises of power by Nebneferptah. But there were also Mages and even a full pack of Lupines who bowed to the powers of the Methuselah. Specters were known to haunt his tomb, and soon were chosen as spies and as the personal guard of Nebnefeptah.
Since then, the Corruption continues its work. The Gangrel and the Lupines number's decreased next to zero. The Tremere, and Giovanni (and even the Setites!) were partially corrupted.
Khaibit numbers are increasing, even as the enemy now marshall her own troops. The Children of Osiris and even two Mummies appeared in Paris. Meryt-Neith and her Knights are not far. Even the Kindred started investigating.
Soon Nebnefetpah will awaken, and then, the avenues of Paris will be dark with Kindred blood...
Note: Khaibit is the egyptian word for the Shadow of the Soul, and the Bloodline took it as their name for obvious reasons...
Destiny
To their surprises, the Khaibits will be approached by the Setites. The crafty Kindred had discovered the Khaibits' influence since decades, and will be proposing an alliance, with the ultimate end of awakening their masters.
While most Setite believe their master to be Set, some Typhonists, as well as the Khaibits, know the master's true name and influence: The Wyrm, also called Apep, in the egyptian mythology. The Setite will have to corrupt the Kindred, while the Khaibits will be able to concentrate on the Lupines, the Mages and the Wraiths.
The Khaibits are actively searching for the body of Gorgo, She-Who-Screams-In-The-Darkness, the Nictuku, in the hope of corrupting such monster to serve them.
Akhetapop: The Dark City
Akhetapop is the strange underground city that grew around the Tomb of Nebneferptah. Mortals were taken and enslaved to serve the inhuman masters of this dark city, and soon, even specters joined the feast.
Akhetapop is also called the Dark City, for it is a city were the sun never shines, or, more precisely, where, in addition to normal fire lighting, a strange dark light (invisible to everyone but those with Corruption, as well as supernaturals with enhanced senses such as Kindred with Auspex) seem to emanate from the Pyramid and the Obelisks. The city and its surroundings are so corrupted the Kindred can remain awake here even when the sun is high on the sky of the surface.
Here, legions of slaves suffer martyrdom to feed the monsters who hunger for fear and pain, and who, with the faith of these mortals, will, soon, awake their Dark God, Nebneferptah.
The Khaibit: The Shadows of the Soul
The Khaibit form a strange sect of supernatural individual all serving Apep, Oblivion, the Wyrm or wathever the name they give to it. They recognize the power of Nebneferptah as Apep's chosen, and they were well paid for their loyalty, with demon-like powers.
Note that everyone will have some ''Virtues'' in addition to Normal Virtues. These ''Vices'' are the mental stigma of their corruption, and everytime they are confronted to it, they must roll their Vice (See after for more complete description). Note that every Khaibit has the flaw Beacon of the Unholy.

The Corrupted Kindred: The Children of Apep
There is a lot of Corrupted Kindred in Paris. The first list is about the Kindred knowingly serving Nebneferptah, the other the Kindred that are Corrupted (and don't know it), but who would have still conscience enough to refuse (perhaps) to obey their true masters. Note that no Setite is in this list: They were all freed by the touch of Set's awakening mind.

The Corrupted Lupines: The Claws of the Wyrm
The Lupines formed a dark tribe, calling themselves The Claws of the Wyrm. They are the bodyguards of the Khaibits, as well as the soldiers in the incoming war that will see the total victory of Apep over its enemies!

The Corrupted Mages: The Nephandi
The Nephandi found in Paris enough Tass to fuel their black Magick. As the Followers of Set, the Nephandi entered a new quasi-religious fervor, and try to convert other mages to their view. Their powers are such, combining Magick with dark vampiric Disciplines fueled by the Dark Vis of Paris, such as Daimoinon, or Obtenebration. They are considered, for rules questions, as Mages and Ghouls.

The Corrupted Spectres: The Armies of Darkness.
The Specters, through the knowledge of the Giovanni Giorgio, are working hard to find corpses to use a physical bodies to help their unliving master in the skinlands. They are, too, fortifying the Tomb of Nebneferptah in the border between the Land of the Living and the Realm of the Dead.

The Vices: The Demonic Virtues
To simulate alien-like behaviour of the ''demons'' (for the lack of better words) serving Nebneferptah, a new set of Virtues were created. These ''Vices'' are the mark of the corruption, and while they seem to weaken the soul having them, they are, in the eyes of the Khaibit, the true mark of their enlightment to the Wyrm's truth, so they cultivate those traits.
In rule terms, these Vices are treated like Derangements Traits: When confronted to the possibility to indugle in one of the vice she possesses, a Khaibit must roll her Vice (if the Khaibit wants to resist at all), Difficulty 7 (but it can be raised, or decreased with the situation), and 5 successes must be reached in this extended roll. Success means the Khaibit continues her work without being influenced (for the scene, in game terms, but as Rötschreck, the constant vision of the object triggering the vice roll can call for multiple rolls!). Failure means the Khaibit must indulge in the vice for the scene (much like a Frenzy, but it can be more calm).
A botch means trouble indeed: The Khaibit rejected her deep nature, and lost everything. She is then probably confused for the scene, and will probably try to ''correct her mistake'' by indulging (with poor conviction) in her Vice (remove one dice per 1's in the Botch Dice Roll, for her every actions until the end of the scene). But the mistake is done: The Khaibit loses one point of the Vice, and must make a Conviction Roll as if she had breached the principles of her Path of Illumination.
These rules are no intended for players, so they are not truely optimised. But for NPCs, they should work just fine. Anyway, here is the spirit of the rules behind the Vice: The greater the Vice, and/or the numbers of Vice, the greater the power of the Khaibit, so most will cultivate these ''Virtues'' (by expending Experience Points in it). Winning a new Vice is not automatic, and will be usually a reward (from Nebneferptah's corruption, the Wyrm's or even the Khaibit's own) for actions done which promote the new Vice, of discoveries of new insight in the Vices.
The following list describe some possible ''Vices''.
