One day Ganon rose up and set his army in pursuit of Hyrule Castle and stole the Triforce of Power from the small kingdom who had been guarding for so long. Zelda and Impa however escaped, and Zelda ordered Impa to find a new hero. Princess Zelda then broke the Triforce of Wisdom into eight pieces and was cornered and was taken back to Death Mountain by the outraged Ganon.
As Impa was fleeing from Hyrule she began to search out the next hero and was cornered by Ganon's minions, just as Ganon's minions began to take her away, a young boy named Link stepped up to her aid and killed the minions heroicly.
Impa then told Link that he was Hyrule's last hope, he must gather the shards of the Triforce of Wisdom, he must rescue Zelda, and wipe Ganon off the face of Hyrule.
Chapter 8: A New Quest Begins
Link then started his adventure before a cave where he was told an old man would supply him with the items he needed to fight for Hyrule.
In this cave an old man supplied him with a standard sword with magic contained inside, which used with his shield gave him the power he needed to stop Ganon's army with.
Link then searched high and low throughout Hyrule and found eight different dungeons all containing several helpful items and a shard each and put them together to form the Triforce of Wisdom and by now he had obtained the magic sword and shield which were the best weapons in all of Hyrule.
In the ninth dungeon Link came face to face with Ganon, and finally killed Ganon once and for all. Afterwords he met up with Zelda who grabbed the Triforce of Wisdom raising it above her head and Link raising the Triforce of Power above his.
They then returned to the castle, and celebrated Link's victory.
Chapter 9: The Awakening of a Forgotten Princess
A few years later Link asked Impa about a strange birth mark on his hand resembling the Triforce, and she immedietly had him touch the door to the room where the sleeping Princess Zelda from long ago was being stored, and the door opened up showing that perhaps Link would be able to awaken her.
Impa then gave Link an old document written by the last hero and six old crystals that after reading the documents told Link he must set in each of the six palaces across Hyrule to unlock the palace holding the Triforce of Courage.
After spending much time doing so he finally opened up the final palace and found an old man who gave him the final piece of the triforce.
After combining it with the other two pieces collected a few years prior it formed the full triforce and Zelda indeed awoke to find Link standing next to her. She then told Link that he was a true hero.
Epilogue:
He then came home to the castle proud of his victory but decided that it was best he leave the rest up to fate and was never seen again.
