| All to often the police and the general public react with hostility towards the cannabis user. In the case of the general public, it is a 'trained response' generated by years and years of government misinformation to the masses. For the police; well its a matter of them providing a menace to prove that they are needed to save the masses from said menace; pot smokers (preferrably), as well as real criminals. We intend to give you the information to make you more effective in the plight of the Cannabis Culture to become a recognized, functioning, responseable EQUAL in todays society. Without the misconceptions and fear that relegate us to the 'outlaw' and 'criminal' ranks; as well as social degenerates and outcasts. Cannabis has not been illegal for all recorded history. In fact; cannabis has served man-kind loyaly and without cessation for ALL of recorded history. It was not actually outlawed in the United States of America until AFTER Worl War II. A common perception is that congress outlawed cannabis due to pressure from the petro-chemical companies. |

| The "Freedom Card" This link will take you to a printabloe .pdf format document. It was originally created by N.O.R.M.L. to be put in your purse/wallet and used whenever you are being harassed, questioned, or any other time you fell that arrest is eminent... It reminds you and the officer of certain 'unalienable rights', that are very important to you AND/or your lawyer should you be arrested, especially for SERIOUS offences. It prints on both sides of one piece of paper, so I would suggest using a heavy card stock, or the heaviest paper your printer will handle. Since it is folded in half, I dont think laminating it would be a desireable alternative. |
