Quina gets the strangest character award for Final Fantasy IX. It's a mysterious creature who lives in Qu's Marsh. Pretty much nothing is known about Quina, including its gender, but it's safe to say that it enjoys eating and cooking since Quina is a chef.
Quina's choice of weapon is a huge fork that lets it Eat the enemy in order to learn their attacks.
