Rose is an American referred to Edward by Milo. Milo first met Rose when she was working for a private investigation company. He was impressed by her ability to quickly find information and her tenacity. She was not afraid to get her hands dirty. Rose was approached by Milo and Edward jointly and offered a chance to join the expanding Foundation. After consideration, Rose agreed and relocated to London.
She trained under David and was not afraid to give him a piece of her mind on a regular basis. She found herself attracted to him but refused to admit it out loud. She forced to on a mission and in the end was glad that she did. The two had a whirlwind courtship and married. She adjusted to life as both a wife and a spy. She couldn't help but worry about David while he was on a mission causing Edward to reprimand her on a few occasions. But all in all, Rose was a welcome addition to the Foundation - with her quick thinking and fast moves.
Rose's life was about to change abruptly when she was given proof of her husband's infidelity with a known enemy. She refused to buy into his explanation that he did it to help save lives. Angry and hurt, she left both him and the Foundation, returning to America to start her own PI firm. She has a feeling that one day someone will come knocking at her door looking to lure her back...and she isn't entirely sure what she will say!
