Larken Allaire
Age: 23 Nationality: European/French American Rank: FBI Liaison Area of Expertise: Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Programming, Mimicry, Eidetic memory Family: Wesley and Kathryn Allaire (Parents); Olivia (Older Sister), Dauntless (Older Twin Brother); Alexa Allaire (Cousin) Marital Status: In a secret relationship with FBI Supervisory Special Agent, Gabriel Roarke. Player: Riley Larken Allaire was born the youngest of three, beating her twin brother out of the position by a whole six minutes and twenty-four seconds. Her mother had been in what Lark likes to refer to as her "random musical theatre phase" when she named the twins, as both Larken and her brother Dauntless were named after characters in a musical her mother had been in love with at the time. Their older sister, Olivia, had been born during their mother's Shakespeare phase. Born with an abnormally high IQ, an eidetic memory, and just a general penchant for problem solving, Lark breezed through school, graduating high school at the age of thirteen and a half. She promptly headed off to college on a full-ride scholarship. Of course, because of the fact that she was always the youngest in her classes by several years, Larken didn't have many friends growing up. She was just a bit too awkward and random to fit in with most people her age, and most of her time in school was spent alone. After graduating college, Lark bounced around from job to job, never satisfied with anything she did. It wasn't until she somehow ended up working as a technical analyst for the FBI that she began to feel more fulfilled. She found that when she was helping "take down the bad guys," she really felt like she was doing something with her life. And on top of that, for the first time in her life, she was falling in love with someone. Of course, falling in love was, as everything seemed to be with Lark, complicated. The man she so adored was not only an older man, and a widower at that, but he was also one of her superiors. When she had first met Gabriel Roarke, she had thought him brusque and unfeeling, but soon realized her mistake. Her team leader was by far the most compassionate and fearless man she'd ever met. She simply couldn't help but fall for him. What she didn't expect was for him to return the feelings. The pair has been having a secret relationship since the discovery of their mutual feelings for each other. Larken was finally beginning to feel complete. Work was fulfilling, she was in the love, and, well, she even felt at home enough to adopt a dog. But things didn't last. Roughly three years into her career at the FBI, Lark got a phone call from her father, saying that her mother had gone missing. Larken immediately used all of the resources she had at her disposal in an attempt to locate her mother, but it was to no avail. She couldn't find her, but she did discover something else, something she could barely wrap her mind around. Her mother, a woman she had believed to be nothing more than just a very dedicated archeologist, turned out to be something that completely blew her mind –she was an agent for a covert agency. Now, there wasn't much information on this agency and the harder she looked, the more resistance she came up against. She tried to enlist the help of some of her fellow FBI agents, but it was pointless. All they did was further stonewall her. So, Larken did the only thing she could do. She gave up. Or that's what she let everyone believe. She knew that in order to get any information regarding her mother, she needed to do it outside of the FBI. So, when the opportunity to be liaison between the FBI and another rogue agency known as the Grace Foundation came up, she jumped at the chance. Her unique skills made her a prime candidate for the job and it was immediately offered to her. Larken hesitated only for a moment -she didn't want to leave Gabriel to move to England- but with his encouragement, she accepted the position [Back]
