We will be publishing fiction and articles from Irish and international contributors, in a range of styles, with one common thread - the quality of the writing. We are deliberately not a slick, glossy publication because we don�t want to cost a slick, glossy price. Judge us by the words we print not the paper we print them on.
If you want slice-of-life stories, stories with a twist, we�re not for you. That�s not what we�re here for. If you like Italo Calvino, Neil Gaiman, Ernest Hemingway, Raymond Carver, Umberto Eco, Jorge Luis Borges, William Gibson, Graham Greene, George Orwell, Alice Munroe, Valdimir Nabokov� much as we�d like to, we can�t give you those. But if you like good writing, we hope to bring you something new.
It�s far from the start of something beautiful, but it was never intended to be pretty. Just to hit you hard and never let you forget it.
