Faculty
Considering
our commitment to the TIFAC’s vision of India 2020, our endeavour
is to provide quality environment through a professional team of
teachers with high motivation and passion blending experienced and
fresh performers. Our faculty were crash trained to understand the delicacies and intricacies of our smile model
and multimedia teaching methodology geared to knowledge the
need of society and the potential of the child to contribute
according to her/his strength and inertest.
Activity Based Learning
One of the
important aspects of a truly good education, particularity at the
primary and middle school level is that the learning should be
activity oriented with plenty of practical work and provision for
concrete learning experiences, rather than mere bookish learning.
Therefore, all academic facilities have been meticulously planned
to allow plenty of individual activities and project work.
Meaningful Learning
Environment
The secondary
education programme is taught in a meaningful milieu in subject
based classrooms. The students move from one class to other subject based
classroom according to the academic time table. The teachers have immediately at hand, plenty of
interest generating teaching aids, ranging from maps, charts and
illustrations to computer software, books and models. These
classrooms themselves consequent to the ambience created with
subject specific displays, exhibits, books, etc. will generate
student's interest in respective subjects and enhance academic
motivation. Our taught courses will meet the academic and career
oriented requirements of students at various stages during their
educational tenure.
Remedial Instruction
Students weak
in studies are given remedial coaching (extra tuition),
during co-curricular activity periods.
Counselling
All children
want to get the most out of their courses and life at school, but
there are times when other concerns or problems interfere with
that aim. Arrangements have been made to offer personalized
counselling to children as talking through the issues at such times
often help, identify and resolve matters before they become a
crisis.
Third Language
Two periods
per week in a third language acceptable to the examination board
will be compulsory at the requisite level. School would like to
provide facilities for additional languages provided there are
sufficient takers as Spare Time Activity (STA).
Conduct & Discipline
-
An abundance
of love and care is given to the child when they are in school.
They are invited to share their problems with their teachers for
whom no problem is small to attend. Therefore, students are
encouraged to question without any hesitation inside and outside
the class and they can bank upon the loving support of every
member of our staff.
-
At the same
time the school feels strongly that the students must learn the
value of discipline. Once the parents entrust their child to our
care we expect that the child and the parents should follow rules,
regulation and decorum of our school.
-
A student
found guilty of a breach of discipline will be summarily expelled
from the school without any liability on the part of institution and
dues paid will not be refundable.
-
If during the
academic session the school authorities are involved in any
litigation either by the student or by the parent/guardian, the
school authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission of
the concerned student without any prior notice, in order to maintain
the discipline and to safeguard the healthy atmosphere of the
school from being vitiated.
