Robert Plant onstage at Knebworth

Review

This year saw many major acts playing for charity. I loved Jimmy Page coming on for encores with his old partner Robert Plant. They did a few Zep numbers as well as playing an out take called "Wearing and Tearing," which I believe was the first time they had played this Zep song live.

Genesis were very disappointing. Clapton played well(never been a fan myself, but he can play),Knopler could not improvise and Cliff brightend things up with his jacket(pink ahh!!)). When McCartney came on, I realised that I had lost my car keys and spent half his set on my hands and knees trying to find them. I kept coming up for air and trying to listen as he was playing some Beatles numbers. Found the keys(thank god) and enjoyed the rest of his set. (great band)seeing a Beatle live was a high.

The Pink Floyd were awesome.
