| The start with LebiHome will be initiated spring 2007 and will be finish summer 2008 The project is consisted of six stories as follow: 1- Ground level: One 3-bedroom appartment,195m2 plus115m2 garden. 2- Level one: Main entry to the building + parking for cars. 3- Level two: Two 3-bedroom appartments,about 160m2 each. 4- Level three: Two 3-bedroom appartments,about 160m2 each. 5- Level four: Two 3-bedroom appartments,about 160m2 each. 6- Level five: Roof, room for the elevator + water tanks. Each appartment has: 1- One master bedroom. 2- One car parking. 3- One store room for each appartment on level ground zero. 4- Space for the heating system on level groundzero. Note: We make only the pipe lines for the heating system. 5- Interphone. 6- Underroof for all balconies. 7- Water tank 1000 liter. The building will be covered up to 60 % with natural stone. The windows will be of aluminium with monoblock. The entry floor and the stairs of the entire building will be in natural marble stone. The floors of all the main entries of the appartments, living areas including their balconies will be in natural marble stone. The floor of the kitchens in ceramik tiles. All the sanitary spaces will be covered with ceramik tiles. A cover of brick on the roof. Elevator with two speed. |
