| While most of my journeys have taken place overseas, I have done some travelling in my own country, though until recently not much as a backpacker. That said, there is a so much to see in the US. My father has travelled more extensively through the US than any other person that I know, and he still feels there's so much more to see. In speaking with other backpackers, I've gotten a feeling that there's more interest in Canada than the US to visit. Canada's nice, but it simply doesn't have the wealth and variety the US holds. There's more to it than LA, San Fran, and NYC, just as London does not encompass the UK, and Paris is not France. Take some time if you go, you'll be surprised at just how much the US has to offer (beyond the sports and fast food). | |||||||||||

| Photos from Home CRS Reunion: Jan. 2004 photos. I went to Charles River School for 10 years. My graduating class was 15 students, over half of whom had been together for at least 8 of those 10 years. We had an 11 and a half year reunion in January 2004. It was a very fun night. Lisa's Last Night in Boston: Spring 2004 photos. Lisa was my first boss at STA and my boss for the bulk of my time there. In the spring of 2004 she moved to Chicago. We had to celebrate her last night in town, and celebrate we did. Cesar's Wedding: July 2004. Fausto, Fausto, Fausto. Cesar Fausto Figgerardo (I think) Pereira is one of my closest friends. There aren't many people for whom I would delay my travels for 8 months because of their wedding, but Fausto's one of them. However, I did vow revenge for forcing me to stay in Boston for another winter, in an apartment containing two of the most dreadful flatmates that I've ever had. I got my revenge, and it was a great wedding. |
