| Chapter 25 Lucky and Josh walked into the living room but they didn�t see BJ anywhere. Lucky tapped Lucas on the shoulder and asked, �Where�s your sister?� �Hiding!� Lucas said and he pointed to Dylan, who at this moment was walking around looking for someone. �What is he doing here?� Josh asked coldly. He hated Dylan. In fact he would love to punch the guy out instead of look at him. �Easy buddy,� Lucky said putting a hand on Josh�s shoulder. �You go find your girl. I�ll make sure he leaves BJ alone,� Lucky said and the pair parted. Lucky walked up to Dylan and got right into the guy�s face. �I see your back from reforms school,� Lucky said smiling. �Boarding school,� Dylan corrected. �Excuse me. I have to pass,� Dylan said trying to get by Lucky. �I don�t think so,� Lucky said blocking the kid�s path. I think we need to talk,� Lucky said and he pulled Dylan into the hall. �Get off me,� Dylan said pulling his arm free. �You might be the crown prince but you don�t shove me around. Got it!� �Yeah, I got it,� Lucky said and he got right into Dylan�s face. �Now you hear me. You made done nothing but chase BJ all around the castle this summer and you aren�t doing it here. You stay way from her and you keep you comments about Josh to yourself or I�m going to shove an entire bird down your throat!� Zander and Kristina came in right then and Zander asked, �Having troubles?� �No, nothing I can�t handle,� Lucky said smiling and he winked at Kristina. �I see you decided to come.� �Yeah,� Kristina said looking at the two teens wondering at what she just missed. �Good, come on. I�ll introduce you to the others,� Lucky said and he gave Dylan one hard look then he left the boy standing there fuming in the hallway. *********************** While Robert spent his day with the Cassadines and Quartermaines, Mac spent his day stalking a killer. One of the murdered women�s family hired Mac and Robert to find the killer. They teamed up with Victor and with both Robert and Victor�s contacts they had a very good idea who the killer was. The trouble now was that they had to prove it. The evidence they had wasn�t stand up in a court of law. They now had to stand back and wait for the guy to strike again. The risk in this was that another girl would get killed. Victor had tried to talk them into letting him take care of the guy quietly. Robert wanted to do it by the law. Mac? He was caught in the middle. He wanted to do this by the book but he didn�t want to risk another person�s life. Mac was hoping that wouldn�t happen and they could bring the killer down the right away. At this moment, Mac�s target was talking to Amy and another nurse. Mac couldn�t help but wonder what the patients would say if they knew they had a serial killer looking after them. Amy and the other nurse moved away to go to work and the killer walked on down the hall. Mac hung up the phone and followed along behind the guy. What didn�t know was that killer was on to him. The killer walked on down the hall just head of Mac enough to keep the detective behind him. Then when he was sure that no one was around the killer got ahead of Mac just enough to duck into a room out of Mac�s view. Mac at this point tried figured out where the guy went. He walked past the door where the killer was hiding and turned a corner. The killer then was now stalking the detective. They were alone on the back end of the hospital when the killer made his move. He moved right up behind Mac and said, �Looking for me!� Before Mac could turn around something hard hit him on the back of the head and he went down for the count. The killer looked down at the detective lying at his feet and said, �I would love to finish you off but I don�t have time for that I have a date with a blond. I can�t keep her waiting. So, I�ll have to put you on cold storage then come back and deal with you later.� The killer grabbed a near by wheel chair and eased Mac into it. He then went to the back elevators and headed down stairs towards the morgue. He figured it would be at least until Monday for Mac to be found by then he would be a bit cold to help out. ************************************** Carly and Jason pulled up the same time as Victor and Alex. The twins ran to their grandfather and gave him the good news about what the doctor told her about Carly�s face. �About time,� Victor said smiling at his daughter. �Yeah, well. I decided that it was time that I put all this behind me,� Carly said giving her father a kiss on the cheek. �I�m happy for you. I was starting to wonder if you were my daughter or not,� Victor teased. Carly slugged him for that one and he rubbed his arm playfully and winked at the twins. �Yep, she�s mine.� �When are you going to grow up?� Alex asked Victor as they headed towards the house. �I didn�t know I had to grow up,� Victor said smiling. �God, he has been spending to much time with Luke,� Carly groaned as they walked into the house. ****************** Mikkos stood beside Kristina proudly introducing her to the others. Luke smiled at Mikkos and said, �Old man, she isn�t a prized stallion. I would say congratulations about being Cassadines but it isn�t something I would wish on anybody.� Luke winked at Kristina. Zander leaned forward and said, �Ignore him, we all do.� Luke growled at him. Everyone started to laugh. �This family of yours is growing. How many missing children do you have?� Edward asked coldly. Alan smiled at his father and said, �Father, I would be very careful with this subject. You are forgetting Jimmy Lee Holt and **** Ward.� Edward cleared his throat and walked away. Lila walked up to Kristina and said, �I�m please to meet you my dear.� �Thank you,� Kristina said trying to smile. Alexis walked up to Kristina and put her arm around her. �Come on. Lets go over here and talk. I to get to know my little sister.� Kristina looked at Zander as Alexis pulled her way from the others. Victor stood by Alex laughing and said, �I really feel sorry for this girl. I don�t think she is ready for all of us.� Alex wasn�t listening to him. She had her eyes on Tracy, who at this moment was watching Victor. �Honey?� Victor said shaking Alex�s arm. �What?� Alex said looking at her husband. Victor leaned kissed her on the cheek. �Sweet heart. I know having her here is hard on you but trust me. She means nothing to me.� �I know but that viper isn�t going to give up,� Alex hissed. Victor smiled and said, �Alex, you are my wife. You are more Cassadine then she could ever be. She reminds me of Helena and that could have been the reason I played with fire.� �Helena?� Alex said puzzled. Victor smiled and said, �I got board.� He noticed the look h e got from his wife and said, �Not with being married to you. Alex, I wanted to play with fire one more time. I wanted to feel the thrill of pushing life to the limit.� Alex smiled and said, �I understand. You are an adriline junkie. You always have been. I know that from the first time I met you but this time you almost went to far.� �I know and I�m sorry,� Victor said and he kissed her. �Come on. Lets go find my daughter.� ************************ Amy and a new young doctor from the hospital walked up to her apartment together. �Do you want to come in for coffee?� Amy asked. �Sure,� the doctor said smiling at Amy. �Good.� Amy said and she put her key into the lock and turned it. They walked into her apartment together and he closed the door behind them. ************************* Everyone sat down at the table together at one o�clock. The staff was moving around pouring drinks while the others talked. Tracy was seated on the opposite side of the table as Victor almost directly across from him. Zander was seated next to his stepfather. Tracy slipped her shoe off and slowly raised her leg and started to run it up and down Victor�s leg or that is what she thought she was doing. Tracy�s aim was off. She was playing with Zander�s at that moment. Zander looked down at the strange foot on his leg. Kristina, who so happened to be right across from him, got the blame for this. She was in a conversation at this moment with Alexis. She was talking about funshay. Zander smiled and let the foot travel up his leg. Moments later, Kristina�s cell phone rang and pulled it from her purse. She looked at the number and said to Alexis, �I have to get this.� She got up and walked into the hallway. This was when Zander realized that it couldn�t be Kristina�s foot. He looked over at his aunt and knew she wouldn�t be doing this and that left one person. Tracy! Tracy was looking at Victor with bedroom eyes. Zander had no idea what to do. He was about to remove the foot but Tracy had finally managed to move her big toe right next to his crouch making Zander jump. As he did so, Zander hit Charlie, one of Mrs. Carlson�s daughters in the arm. The young maid had been carrying one of the turkeys to the table. The bird hit the floor with a thump. �I know it,� Edward said coldly. �I�m sorry,� Zander said blushing. Alex, who had been watching Tracy like a hawk noticed the woman sitting up straight. Alex pretended to bend over to help pick up the bird and noticed Tracy quickly sliding her shoe on. Alex knew then what had happened. Alex muttered, �That is it!� �Alex,� Victor warned but his wife was past listening. She walked around the table picked up a hug bowl of mashed potatoes and dumped them on Tracy�s head. �Look you bitch,� Alex snapped as she dumped the contents of the bowl. Tracy jumped up knocking the bowl to the floor and trying to wipe the mashed potatoes off her face. �What do you think you are doing?� Tracy yelled. �Ladies,� Mikkos said looking at his for help. Victor didn�t know what to do. He just sat there watching all of this. Alex ignored Mikkos. She pointed a finger at Tracy and said, �You should watch who you are playing footies with that was my son not my husband.� �I have no idea what you are talking about,� Tracy said and she tried to walk away but Alex wasn�t having any of it. She grabbed Tracy�s arm and tried to force her to turn around. Tracy pulled free but she slipped on mashed potatoes. This event knocked both women to the ground. Sonny, had the presents of mind to get his pregnant wife out of the line of fire because as the ladies fell. They ended up taking several of the chairs with them. �You bitch!� Tracy yelled from the floor. �Look what you did.� �Me. Tracy you did this yourself. You can�t find a man. So, you have to try and steal mine. Well, I have news for you. You are not going to get away with this,� Alex yelled. Tracy was angry. She was on the floor covered in mashed potatoes and it was all Alex�s fault. She grabbed a gob of potatoes in her hand and shoved them in Alex�s face. �He wouldn�t have gone looking if you could have pleased him in bed.� �Enough Tracy!� Lila ordered, but it was to late. Alex had finally lost it. She lunged for Tracy and soon the two were rolling around the floor fighting. Mikkos looked at his brother and said, �You started this. You stop it.� Victor sighed and got up to go break them up. Luke watched this with this cocky smile on his face. Victor had been on his case for days now with therapy and Luke had this feeling he was about to get some revenge. Victor leaned over grabbed his wife�s arm and tried to pull her off Tracy. �Honey,� Victor said smiling. �Get off me,� Alex yelled and she shoved Victor backwards. Tracy had kicked her foot right then hitting Victor�s leg. Victor soon was down on the ground between the two men. They were both trying to get to the other one with Victor trying to keep them a part. �Help!� He called out finally. Sonny, Jason, Alan, Ned and Nikolas all got up and pulled two women a part. Luke was laughing so hard that he almost out of his chair. Laura slugged in the arm. �You are not helping.� �I don�t care,� Luke said laughing. Mikkos glared at his son then turned his attention to the ladies. �Enough!� Mikkos snapped. �You are grown women. You should act like children.� �I don�t need a lecture from you,� Tracy yelled. �I�m not going to give you one,� Mikkos snapped. �I want you out of this house. Now!� �You can�t do that,� Tracy yelled. �Tracy, leave,� Lila, said coldly. �Mother.� �Leave,� Edward said. �Fine,� Tracy snapped and she fixed her outfit the best she could then left the room. Dylan looked at the others at the table coldly and said, �I can�t believe you people. She started it.� �Shut up,� Josh growled. �Stick it want a be! You are just using your connections to this family to make this big name for yourself,� Dylan snapped. Josh jumped to his feet and went at Dylan. Lucky grabbed his friend and said, �He isn�t worth it!� BJ finally had it with Dylan. She got up went to the dessert bar and picked up a coconut cream pie. She then walked to where Dylan was standing and said, �Dylan, why stick it in your ear!� She then shoved the pie right into Dylan�s face. �BJ!� Stefan sculled. Ned laughed. He knew Dylan might be his younger brother but no one was like there mother then he was and seeing Dylan with pie all over him. �You bitch!� Dylan yelled. �That�s it,� Josh said he grabbed Dylan by the shoulder turned the guy around and hit Dylan hard in the gut. The other two punches soon had Dylan on the ground groaning in agony. Mikkos shook his head and looked at his wife. �This was your idea!� Ruby smiled at him and with help from Nikolas and Zander, Lucky managed to get Josh out of the room. Monica did go to Dylan�s aid to see if he was ok but she had no real pity for the kid. She thought both Tracy and Dylan got exactly want they deserved. ******************** The two families did finally get a chance to eat. Most of the men were stuffed at that turkey�s had been and ready for a nap. They headed into the Bobbie and Stefan�s living area to watch the football games that were on TV. Lucky came up with an idea to get rid of the extra food, he asked Mrs. Carlson to have things wrapped up he would take them to one of the local shelters on the docks. Carly and some of the others liked the idea. The group decided to make a trip of it together. On the way to the shelter, Laura had asked Lucky to stop by his Aunt Amy�s to bring her a plate of food. She had said she was going to stop by if she had time. She hadn�t and Laura decided to send a plate over. Lucky climbed out of his car and took the plate from Emily. �Ready, rug rat?� Lucky asked Lu. �Yeah,� Lu said as Josh shoved the back seat up enough to let Lu out. Lu took the pie out of Josh�s hands and together her and her brother walked into Amy�s apartment building. In no time at all, Lucky and Lu made it to Amy�s floor and made it to her door. Lucky raised his hand and knocked on Amy�s door. The door wasn�t closed. It slowly opened up. �Aunt Amy?� Lucky called out getting this bad feeling deep with in him. He looked at Lu and said, �You stay put! Lucky started into the apartment carrying the plate of food. Lu didn�t listen to her brother. She walked along behind him. The kids turned the corner and entered the main living area of Amy�s apartment. The sight before them was like scene out of a horror movie. Blood was everywhere and Amy was lying on the floor in the middle of the room dead! Lucky heard screams but it took him a moment to realize that the screams were coming from Lu. Lu stood behind him with the pie she had been holding at her feet screaming on the top of her lungs. �Aunt Amy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!� Chapter 26 |
