| Chapter Forty Six Lucky and Stefan walked in at Ruby�s and sat down at a table in the far corner. Johnny and Charlie sat in the next table keeping a sharp eye out for trouble. �Are you sure you want to eat here? We could go somewhere else.� Lucky offered as they sat down. �I said I do not mind at all. What do you recommend?� Stefan asked. �I�ll order for the both of us and don�t worry Ruby�s will not kill you.� Lucky said and got up to place their order. Ruby looked at her nephew and asked, �You drag him in here or is this his idea?� �He said he wanted to get to know me better. Ruby can we have two specials a cup of coffee and a soda.� Lucky said. �You got it kid. Let�s just hope Luke don�t show up or this place might not be standing to much longer.� Ruby said and went to get the food. When the food was placed in front of them Stefan looked at the plate a little strangely but didn�t say anything until Ruby had gone back into the kitchen. �You like this?� Stefan asked. �Don�t dis the food until you try it.� Lucky said and started to eat. Stefan took another long look at the plate and then started to eat. He was surprised that the food wasn�t half-bad. �I take back my last remark. This is better then I expected, but the next meal, we will dine at one of my favorite establishments and I will order,� Stefan said. Lucky looked at him with a look of regret on his face, but they didn�t say anything. �How do you like Mrs. Lehmikuehler?� Stefan asked. �She is nicer then the last tutor and even looks better.� Lucky said. �You are as bad as your father.� Stefan said to him. �Hey, I�m human.� Lucky said. �She told me you are having trouble on your Latin. I could help you later on this evening if you want me to.� Stefan offered. �Thanks. I need it.� Lucky said and looked up as the door of Ruby�s opened. He froze as Stavros Cassadine walked into the dinner. Stefan turned to see what caught his attention and glared at his brother. Stefan hadn�t seen him since he left to go after Laura and he wasn�t looking forward to the meeting. Stavros and Helena must have arrived a week early, because they were not due until next Monday. Stavros walked over to where Lucky and Stefan was sitting but Johnny moved in front of him and didn�t let him too near. �You have no right to stop me from seeing my nephew. Do you know who your messing with?� Stavros said with a calm tone of voice. �He is doing what I ordered.� Sonny said and moved toward Stavros. �Johnny take Lucky and go back to Alexis�. I will handle Mr. Cassadine.� Johnny looked at Lucky who got up to join Johnny. Sonny had moved between him and Stavros. Stefan looked at Lucky and said, �I�ll meet you at home. I need to talk to my brother.� Lucky just glared at Stavros and left with his bodyguards. Sonny picked up the check and looked at it. He placed a twenty on the table and turned to Stavros. �I know things are done differently in Greece but here in states we don�t like people who hurt children. You get near Lucky again and you will mess with me. I am not like Luke so don�t think this is an ideal threat.� Sonny turned and walked out with his guards not too far behind. Stefan pointed to the chair and Stavros sat down. �At least you remember how to treat the Cassadine.� Stavros said. �Alexis is in charge of the family now.� Stefan said. �She is not the Cassadine. I have come back to take over and you can not stop me little brother. Lucky will learn under my teaching and none of you can do anything about it.� Stavros said. �You do not have any rights to this family. I am not letting you near Lucky. He is the last of our family and the heir. Alexis is his mother and Luke is his father. Father�s will was very detailed on one matter and that is if you failed to produce an heir, the person who did was in charge of the family. You lost big brother and you know it. So, take mother and go back to where every you came from. We do not need you or want you.� Stefan said to him coldly. �You are a pup and I am the Cassadine. Lucky might be Luke son but he is the heir. I will make him into the right type of Cassadine and you will not stand in my way.� Stavros said. �I will.� Luke said and sat down. �I was reading Mikkos� will and found something very interesting. You failed to produce an heir and that means, the parent of the heir is in charge of the money. Cassadine tradition puts the power to the man. You are not the man in charge I am.� Luke said. �You? Over my dead body.� Stavros said. �Watch it Cassadine that could be arranged? I am taking over and you can�t stop me. I have lived with the fact that Lucky is the heir to this family. I am going to make sure you don�t get near my son and if I have to run this family to do it. So be it. Alexis will still handle all the money troubles and I think Stefan could help with Lucky�s education but as for the power. I have it.
