| Chapter Twenty Four � �Cassadines� family secrets� Luke was sitting at the table going over more of Michael�s papers. He had had it. �How can one man be so cruel?� he asked looking at Robert who was sitting across from him. �I know. I would love to know what he did to get the Cassadines to turn on him?� Robert asked. Lucky looked up from his sketchpad and said flatly. �He killed both of his parents.� �He what?� Luke asked him. �Yeah. Michael had both of his parents killed because of his father�s will. He was going to break the family tradition and give all the boys shares in running of the family. He was going to do it because he didn�t trust Michael. When the plane crashed the second will disappeared. So, the boys had to go by the first. Mikkos and his twin discovered later that Michael ordered them killed and burnt the second will.� Lucky said joining them at the table. �That make sense� Mikkos and his twin?� Yelled Luke. �Mikkos doesn't have a twin.� �Yes, he does or did.� Lucky said. �How do you know?� Robert asked him. �There are no papers anywhere, that mention a twin.� �The reason is simple. It all comes down to the last night Michael spent on the island. You want to know what happened?� Lucky asked them. �You have our undivided attention.� Luke said leaning forward. �Mikkos and Methos decided to kill Michael and take over the family. Andrew found out and warned Michael. They took off right before anything could go wrong. Andrew was supposed to grab dad and meet him at the airstrip. Michael and Methos had a fight. Methos was hurt but not killed. The family knew Michael thought he killed him. So, they faked his death and Mikkos and Methos became one person to everyone but the other Cassadine brothers and Helena. Andrew ended up grabbing Steven, Stavros� twin brother. Helena said Steven and Dad were friends and Steven hated storms. There was a bad lightening storm that night and Steven must have crawled in bed with dad. Michael and him cut the power so he didn�t realize he had Steven until it was too late. There wasn�t time to go back. A week later Aunt Ruby or Ruth Cassadine as Helena told me, was allowed to leave the island with dad. She was ordered to sign every claim of the Cassadine fortune over.� �What about Steven? What happened to him?� Luke asked, shocked his son knew more about him the he did. �Helena said that Andrew raised him as his own. His sister, Aleana became his mother. Helena wasn�t too upset about it, anyway. She loved Stavros. It was him that Helena want to run the family, but that was going to be a problem.� Lucky said. �Why? Mikkos was older and Stavros was his son.� Robert said. �No. Methos was older and no one knew who Stavros, Steven, or Stefan�s father was.� Lucky told them. �How is that possible?� Luke asked him �Mikkos and Methos shared everything, even a wife. Helena loved the idea. She even let them have a mistress around to keep the other one busy. The only rule she had was that no child would be born by the mistress'. Methos let one of the ladies have a daughter. I don�t remember the lady's name but the girl was Alexis. Helena even contracted Michael to kill Alexis' mother and bring the girl to the island. Methos and Mikkos found out and were furious. Helena discovered the mistake of betraying them. They made sure Stavros would never have any kids. Methos and Mikkos treated Stavros the way he treated me.� Lucky said. �Helena even hinted that Stefan wasn�t hers either, but the son of Alexis' mother. She never told either man that certainly after what they did to Stavros.� �How is that possible?� Luke asked him. �I don�t know, she never told me that. She did say that if things worked out the only Cassadine to take over would be Michael�s son, child, heir.� Lucky said looking directly at his father. �Sorry, Helena I don�t want any part of your twisted family.
